Our Passion For Travel...
We first got the travel bug in 2000. Although we wanted to travel prior to that we coudn't afford to since we were both in school and working part-time jobs. We had already travelled together and seperately to parts of Canada and the U.S., and although Dar grew up in the Philippines, international travel was beckoning.
We knew we wanted to see the world together and through each other's eyes. It was simply a matter of where we wanted to explore first. Education, careers and family would not stop us from adding pin points to our world map. As huge fans of The Amazing Race, there was no doubt that we would see the globe no matter how long it took.
Although our travel diary is modest compared to some, we know that we have our whole lives ahead of us even when we eventually do settle down to start a family. We can only hope to instill the same passion in our children.
